Four practical topics: Power BI for retail KPI reporting, Excel models for open-to-buy and buy planning, retail pricing and markdown analysis, and product data and attribute standards in PLM. Each module starts from a task a retail team actually has, such as a weekly sell-through report or a monthly buying budget.
Basic Excel skills are enough for the Excel modules. For the Power BI module it helps to have opened Power BI Desktop before, but the course starts from the retail data model rather than from advanced DAX.
